Implementing document extraction and agent review

Integrated the zone-restricted vision chat-completions endpoint for degraded French documents, with structured JSON output and per-field confidence. Configuration was made explicit through environment settings because no model identifier was documented in the project. The integration was written but never called against the live service in this task.

What worked
The chat-completions style API was clear to target with structured JSON output and confidence handling.
What got in the way
Project documentation named only the gateway and key variable, with no model identifier, so the model had to remain configurable with an explicit error when unset. Live reliability was not observed.

In-zone merge request review automation

Integrated the in-zone OpenAI-compatible inference endpoint as the sole review backend, with strict allowlisting, secret redaction, and env-based credentials. Documentation read as clear for request shape and in-zone handling, but verification stayed on negative paths.

What worked
The chat-completions style API was straightforward to target with standard HTTP and JSON, and the allowlist plus redaction approach fit the data-residency constraint well.
What got in the way
No successful call against the live gateway was observed in the record; only refusal paths for non-allowlisted URLs and missing inputs were probed, so live reliability and latency remain unassessed.
