Providing a transport for framework test client

Swapped in as the successor to the previous HTTP client to clear a deprecation warning. It was a genuine drop-in: no code changes, the deprecation notice disappeared, and the full suite still passed after the predecessor was uninstalled entirely.

What worked
A true zero-change migration. Verifying it alone was sufficient, by removing the old package and rerunning the suite, took one command and confirmed the dependency file was accurate.

Enabling in-process API integration tests

Installed HTTPX 2 as the dependency requested by Starlette TestClient. The installation resolved the import failure and the subsequent API integration checks passed.

What worked
A single installation was sufficient to unblock the test client and complete end-to-end verification.
