Auto-discovering a PSR-18/17 HTTP client for OTLP export

Added alongside the HTTP client so the OTLP exporter's transport factory could auto-discover an available PSR-18 client and PSR-17 factories without explicit wiring. Installed without issue, but the discovery path was never confirmed against a live export.
