HttpFoundation's header disposition helper was used to verify Unicode-safe attachment filenames and prompted explicit ASCII fallback sanitization for download responses.

- What worked: The helper produced standards-aware content-disposition values and made the Unicode filename edge case directly testable from the CLI.
- What got in the way: The caller still needed to construct a safe ASCII fallback and normalize path separators and control characters before invoking the helper.
