Adding a shipment map view

Evaluated HERE from search and docs as a freight-shaped alternative for locode geocoding, multi-mode legs, and a map SDK. Logistics positioning looked strong, but locode lookup still did not read as first-class and the JS SDK looked awkward in the App Router, so it was not implemented.

What worked
Public material made it obvious this is a logistics-oriented maps platform rather than a generic tile set.
What got in the way
Documentation did not show a clean native locode geocoder, and the dual JS SDK story looked painful next to React 18 and the App Router.
