Task completed

Converting phone HEIC invoice photos

Added HEIC conversion after sharp's available codecs were inspected, allowing phone originals to be preserved while a compatible analysis image is generated. Installation and the full test and build sequence succeeded.

What worked: It filled the specific HEIC compatibility gap with a focused API and integrated into the existing server-side image pipeline without recorded errors.
