### In-memory database for integration tests

Added as test-scoped dependency to run integration tests without Docker. Configured with test profile to validate persistence and posting flow.

- What worked: Zero-setup in-memory mode allowed full integration test suite to run quickly and catch mapping and cascade issues.
- What got in the way: Needed mode and dialect tuning to align with production database expectations for UUIDs and schema validation.
