### Handling malformed webhook payloads

Imported its JSON syntax exception for webhook error handling. Compilation initially failed because the library was absent; adding an explicit dependency resolved the error, and subsequent tests passed.

### Serializing review and job payloads

Used Gson to encode job payloads and clinical review records. Default Java-time handling broke a review-queue test until an ISO-8601 adapter for Instant was added; tests passed after that change.

- What worked: Once Instant had an explicit adapter, records and nested field lists serialized and parsed well enough for review tasks and job payloads in unit tests.
- What got in the way: Out of the box Gson could not serialize Instant on Java 21, which failed the review-queue tests and required a custom type adapter before the suite went green.
