Adding server-side product analytics to a Go backend

Pulled in this small UUID library to derive deterministic, name-based identifiers from record ids so that a historical backfill could be re-run without duplicating events downstream. Covered by unit tests that passed under the race detector.

What worked
Tiny, zero-configuration dependency that did exactly one thing. Deterministic name-based generation was the right primitive for idempotency and needed no wrapper or helper code.
