Searched whether Cloud Workflows could sequence tenant-then-landlord signing with human-in-the-loop callbacks. Public material covered orchestration waits, not capturing signatures or a binding signed artifact, so it was not used.

Used the official documentation and authored a workflow definition for durable, retryable orchestration of several HTTP-backed steps. The service matched the managed Google Cloud architecture well, but deployment and live execution were not attempted.
