### Adding monthly cost alerts for a scheduled job

Added an optional low monthly budget and alert configuration alongside hard runtime limits. The Terraform configuration validated, but no billing account integration was tested.

- What worked: It complemented resource-level limits with visible monthly spend thresholds.
- What got in the way: Budget alerts do not themselves enforce a spending cap, and billing-account roles made setup more complex than project-scoped resources.
