Evaluating lettings signing suites

Weighed as a UK lettings-specific suite rather than a generic envelope API. Set aside because it did not look like a drop-in sequential-sign plus company-authority check for an existing small listings service.

Searched UK agency tenancy e-sign pricing and API fit. It looked like a vertical lettings product rather than a PAdES AES API that could sit beside an existing listings service, so it was ruled out from docs only.
