Added this small module to the admin CLI so interactive password entry is read without terminal echo, falling back to plain stdin when the input is piped. It compiled and the CLI's non-interactive paths ran correctly; the no-echo branch itself was never exercised since the environment had no TTY.
- What worked
- A terminal check plus a password read is the entire API surface needed, it pins cleanly to a version matching the sibling crypto module, and it pulls in only one small platform dependency. Deciding between interactive and piped input was a single predicate.
- What got in the way
- No live terminal in this environment, so the echo-suppression behavior is unverified here. Nothing attributable to the library.
