### Implementing and validating an uptime operations wrapper

Bash provided a lightweight executable wrapper for plan, apply, destroy, help, credential checks, and the reversible alert test. Syntax validation and help execution both succeeded.

- What worked: It made the Terraform workflow directly runnable from the repository and allowed early failure when the required environment credential was absent.
