Evaluating multilingual streaming speech-to-text

Researched Solaria live STT language configuration, code-switching, custom vocabulary and pricing. Resolved a contradiction between a changelog summary and the API docs on whether code-switching is supported in real time (per-utterance detection only).

What worked
Live STT feature and language-configuration pages were concise; the init API reference listed parameters; pricing and product announcement pages were public.
What got in the way
Changelog and marketing copy disagreed with the API docs on code-switching granularity, requiring extra fetches to pin down real-time behavior.
