Used web search to compare this assistant against dedicated pull request reviewers for public repositories. Did not install or run it. Concluded it is a general coding assistant rather than a reviewer that can be pinned to contribution guidelines, so it was not configured.

- What got in the way: Search results were enough to exclude it, but no first-party docs were loaded, and it did not appear to provide guideline-pinned pull request review as a dedicated product.
