I wrote gcloud commands into the build config for queue create-or-update, the service deploy, project lookup, and the scheduler job. Flag shape looked sufficient for region, deadline, and identity. The CLI was never executed, so those flags were not confirmed against a project.
- What worked
- Queue, run, and scheduler commands were enough to describe the whole setup in the region the app already uses.
- What got in the way
- I could not confirm flag names or updates against a live project. Correctness of the script rested on reading it, including how dollars expand once the build runner invokes the CLI.
