Polling a public maritime news feed

Fetched the public RSS feed with no account. It parsed as WordPress RSS 2.0 and contributed live items in the same smoke test as the other v1 sources.

What worked
Open GET, stable item fields, no key or signup required for headlines.
What got in the way
Items are editorial headlines, not structured port or carrier events, so matching still depends on local gazetteer text rules.
