### Verifying associations and their representatives

The association catalogue documentation was researched and a server-side verifier was implemented with token, recipient, and manual-review fallback handling. The integration was tested with mocked responses, not with live credentials or a real association lookup.

- What worked: The documented association data was sufficient to design existence, activity, and representative checks without storing the complete registry response.
- What got in the way: Endpoint and OpenAPI discovery required several searches, and deployment-specific credentials prevented an end-to-end service test.
