Used overview and FAQ docs to pick a knowledge base that can find moved supplier pages and hold cited observations, then implemented retrieve and provision code that was never run against a live knowledge base.
- What worked
- Docs made a credible single-product story for web plus PDF sources, retrieve-time discovery, and citations instead of hardcoded bookmarks.
- What got in the way
- It was easy to confuse agent knowledge bases with analysis knowledge stores. Structured compare-and-alert fields still needed a separate snapshot store; the product does not persist comparable prices by itself.
