Adding weekly listed-price and lead-time tracking

Designed and coded a Responses API client with structured output for listed price and lead time, plus not-found status, after reading agent, routine, and hosted-job docs. No live project was called.

What worked
Docs and API shape were enough to model citations, typed fields, and a weekly unattended refresh without putting the job on a single HTTP request.
What got in the way
Pricing and whether search tool calls bill separately from model tokens stayed inconsistent across pages. Hosted-job versus in-repo CLI guidance also took extra comparison.

Building a grounded records assistant

Mapped clearance, citations, conversation threads, and audit needs onto Foundry Agent Service from product docs and related searches, then designed a Spring service around Responses API threads and local tool execution. Never called a live project.

What worked
Docs made it clear how threads, citations, and function tools cover conversational state and sourced answers without a custom session or RAG stack, and they aligned with an existing private-network identity model.
What got in the way
Healthcare-oriented sibling guidance had to be ruled out separately, and Java-oriented agent examples were thin enough that the hosted API still needed a client-library deep dive before implementation.
