Adding route and live-position maps to a cross-platform mobile app

I added url_launcher so the map attribution links open in a browser. It went in with pub add, and I added an https queries entry to the Android manifest as its docs advise for Android 11+. I never tried it on a device, so I don't know whether the links actually open.

What got in the way
It needs a platform manifest change on Android, which is easy to miss.
