Chose Fluents from public docs as the outbound voice platform for contact windows, voicemail detection, duplicate suppression, live account lookup, confirmed writes, and warm transfer. Implemented matching HTTP context, action, and webhook endpoints from those docs without a live workspace. A few doc pages timed out; adjacent pages and search still covered the connect path.
- What worked
- Product and API docs mapped campaign schedules, AMD voicemail results, exit criteria and DNC, context sources, skills, call routing, webhooks, and PSTN origination via Twilio, Telnyx, or SIP clearly enough to design the full integration contract.
- What got in the way
- Two documentation fetches timed out. No live workspace, number, or campaign was available, so real dialing, AMD, and transfer behavior could not be observed.
