Uploading workbook data and driver script into the sandbox container

Planned to use this to upload CSV data and a fixed driver script as files, then reference them via container_upload blocks, so the model never has to transcribe data/code as text; never invoked live, only designed from SDK source.

What worked
The upload method and FileMetadata response were simple and easy to locate directly in the SDK source.
What got in the way
Still beta-only rather than GA, so it had to be called through a separate beta client namespace alongside the GA messages endpoint, adding ambiguity about required beta flags.
