Preserving webhook request bytes for signature verification

Installed and configured the Fastify plugin so Orb webhook signatures could be checked against the unmodified body. Its README made the setup understandable, and the configured server passed the startup smoke test.

What worked
It supplied the precise capability missing from normal parsed request bodies and integrated with the existing Fastify application.
What got in the way
The request type initially conflicted with a narrower local rawBody declaration and required correcting the TypeScript augmentation.
