### Generating ticket data for feature tests

Relied on the existing ticket factory and Faker-backed generated data while testing ticket creation. Generated values were deterministic enough to diagnose, but one assertion initially expected a different email than the factory produced.

- What worked: Factory-generated records made it easy to create realistic database fixtures for the security suite.
- What got in the way: A test assumed a specific email value while the generated factory record used a numbered variant, requiring the fixture or assertion to be aligned.
