Used imported dimension styles and formatted text overrides to replace leader callouts with native bar annotations. Font and colour formatting transferred successfully. The renderer emitted arrow graphics despite a text-only reference dimension block, so matching that appearance required filtering the generated block graphics. Saved drawings passed audits and regression checks.

Blank multiline CAD block attributes
Used ezdxf to convert standalone drawing bubbles into blocks with blank editable multiline attributes. Embedded MTEXT retained the reference font, height, width and centred alignment after save/reload. R2018 output was required for multiline attributes; default line spacing was omitted on reload but retained its effective value.
Template-native CAD drafting and visual verification
Since the earlier conversion review, used template entity cloning, imported symbol blocks and the SVG drawing frontend. Preserved actual text styles and formatting and checked generated dimension block colours. SVG previews exposed alignment differences missed by approximate previews. The drawing frontend needed an imaging dependency, supplied by a bundled runtime.
CAD drawing reconstruction
Read and wrote DXF entities, imported template resources and rendered native dimensions successfully. Validation of saved files and geometry comparisons passed. Dimension recovery still required application-specific matching.
