### Sending self-hosted exception alert emails

Added the community exception notification library and wired it as production middleware with required recipient configuration and noise filtering. A simulated production failure produced exactly one correctly addressed alert email with useful diagnostics.

- What worked: Middleware integration and fail-fast recipient requirement worked well for a small app with no background jobs; the generated alert contained actionable diagnostics.
