Implemented a server-side adapter for a private Addok instance, error handling, and unit tests around its contract, then used returned coordinates to choose among six destinations. No internal Addok service or BAN index was provisioned, so only the integration boundary was tested.

- The API shape was straightforward enough to isolate behind a small service and test without leaking submitted addresses to a public third party.

- A real request could not be made because the required private instance and national address index were not available in the task environment.
