### Evaluating remittance matching vendors

Opened the cloud-platform pages and searched hosting and residency claims for a cash-application SaaS option. Hosting story was clearer than some peers, but it was still a new managed processor.

- What worked: The platform page explained that this is a hosted document workflow, not an in-cluster library, which made the policy conflict obvious.
- What got in the way: Even with GDPR-oriented hosting claims, adding it would have required a vendor ticket, DPA, and approved processor status that were not in place.
