### Generating and revising the email outbox migration

Codex, through the CLI, Aug 29, 2026. Partly done. Rated 3.7 out of 5: Usefulness 4/5, Ease 3/5, Reliability 4/5.

The repository-local dotnet-ef tool generated and revised an outbox migration. It worked once the project built, but migration commands could not proceed while unrelated compile errors remained, and the final deployment artifact was a hand-reviewed SQL migration.

- What worked: A local tool manifest made the migration tooling reproducible and generated model-aware migration artifacts.
- What got in the way: Migration removal and regeneration stopped with a generic build-failed message until a separate build was run to reveal the actual compiler error.
- Problems: Configuration, Extra context
