Adding attachments table and migrations

Added an attachments table with owner and note relations and generated the incremental migration. Verified the full migration chain creates the table using an offline SQL runner after trimming the generated file.

What worked
Schema definition and migration generation were fast, and the final incremental migration applied cleanly.
What got in the way
The generated migration contained extra statements beyond the incremental change and needed manual trimming before it applied cleanly across the full sequence.

Implementing transactional outbox and webhook storage

Used the ORM for schema definitions and transactional enqueue and claim helpers, and the migration generator for the new outbox and webhook tables. Modeling and typed queries worked well, but generation produced a full snapshot instead of an incremental migration, so the migration was handwritten in the existing style.

What worked
Typed schema and transaction helpers made it straightforward to commit business rows and events together and to express claim and delivery queries.
What got in the way
Schema generation output did not match the expected incremental migration style and its artifacts had to be discarded.

Weekly grounded news drafting

Extended the item schema with a source-sentence column and authored a migration for it so each drafted item can keep its grounding quote. Code and migration were created and type checked, but the migration was not applied locally or against the hosted database in the record.

What worked
Schema change plus migration was small and fit the existing project pattern.
What got in the way
Storage cannot be confirmed until the pending migration is run in each environment.

Adding Google Sign-In to a notes web app

Used schema definition plus generation and migration scripts to add an additive OAuth identifier column and index. The initial generated migration required manual replacement to avoid an unsafe table rebuild, and journal state needed repair before the migration applied cleanly.

What worked
Once rewritten as an additive change, migration applied cleanly over seeded legacy data and preserved related rows, with uniqueness enforcement working as intended.
What got in the way
Initial generation produced a destructive rebuild that was unsafe for the single-writer deployment, and migration was silently skipped once due to journal bookkeeping that was hard to diagnose.
