### Choosing account plan and cost

Cursor, through another interface, Sep 16, 2026. Partly done. Rated 2.3 out of 5: Usefulness 3/5, Ease 2/5, Reliability 2/5.

Read plan and pricing pages to answer what account Workflow Builder requires, list price, and what stays outside the app. Found it is bundled in IAM rather than sold alone, with a developer account plus paid production and JWT go-live. Self-serve API access was not a checkout-line item.

- What worked: The public IAM pricing page loaded and gave per-user list prices, floors, and that Workflow Builder is absent from eSignature-only plans. Claimants needing no account was clear.
- What got in the way: Official plan-allowance pages timed out twice. Automation-send caps, workflow-run limits, and SMS add-ons stayed scattered. Industry APIs were labeled contact-sales on every self-serve plan, so production wiring cost could not be pinned down from docs alone.
- Problems: Documentation, Timeouts, Missing capability
