Evaluating lending packet extraction

Checked public lending and bank-statement pricing notes while scanning IDP alternatives. A small per-file page cap would not cover typical mixed packets, so it was dropped early.

The documented file page limit was far below a typical mixed borrower packet, so it could not be the single reader.
