Rewrote the read-only endpoints that show a subscriber what changed when a month is reopened, plus a partner reconciliation view, and covered them with end-to-end tests that pass.

- Function-based API views with the test client were enough for read-only JSON endpoints; no ceremony needed, and the responses were straightforward to assert on in tests.
- What got in the way
- Nothing specific surfaced at this scope — I used only a thin slice of the framework.
