Building a live conversational phone agent

Ran Daphne as the ASGI server in a short boot check. It served the login page, rejected an unsigned webhook, and accepted the WebSocket upgrade as expected.

What worked
It started with one command and handled both HTTP and WebSocket traffic straight away.
