Managed Redis for production workers

Chose managed Redis in the same region as the existing droplet so the queue would not live on ephemeral local disk. Documented a TLS URL, persistence, and disabled eviction. Did not provision an instance or connect.

What worked
The product fits an already-managed database setup: one URL in env, TLS via rediss, and clear persistence/eviction settings for a job queue.
What got in the way
Setup remained instructions only. Auth, networking, and TLS handshake were never tried, so those steps could still surprise at deploy.
