Comparing fixed-price AI receptionist products

Read the pricing page as part of a fixed-price receptionist comparison. Transparent monthly plans, but calling a custom API is gated to higher tiers and the offering is US-number centric, so it was excluded.

What got in the way
Custom API tool calls not available at the price points that suit a few dozen calls a week.

Comparing receptionist integrations and call handling

Searched the product guidance for interruption handling, webhooks, custom API actions, automation support, and booking integrations. It was useful as a packaged receptionist comparison but did not clearly satisfy the proprietary live-booking requirement.

What got in the way
The available documentation did not make a direct, in-call transactional integration with the existing booking database as clear as the selected platform's custom functions.
