Evaluating voice AI platforms for a clinic phone line

Read phone gateway, compliance and pricing docs. Determining which telephony parts are covered under HIPAA required cross-referencing several pages, and the built-in phone gateway did not appear to fit a regulated deployment, so it was ruled out.
