Completed local filesystem migration and service config with read, edit, write, glob, todo, bash and wait tools. Long jobs worked, but large output was hard to inspect.

- What worked: The tools covered discovery, config edits, long moves and verification without external scripts.
- What got in the way: Long-running shell jobs report only snapshots until completion, and very large filesystem scans can produce output that is hard to inspect.
