Designed the canonical ledger and incremental export around Delta tables so source event IDs could be deduplicated while retaining authoritative usage history. The code was authored but not executed against a Delta environment.

- What worked: The table model matched the need for durable, partitioned, incrementally processed usage data better than the existing OLTP table.
- What got in the way: No live merge, checkpoint, retention, or replay behavior was observed, so operational reliability remains unassessed.
