Formatting and parsing Flutter client source files

A temporary Dart SDK was downloaded after the workspace was found to lack Dart and Flutter. Its formatter successfully parsed and normalized the changed Dart sources and confirmed they remained formatted, providing useful syntax-level validation despite not being able to resolve Flutter plugins.
