Evaluating qualified signature providers

Reviewed this provider's public material as a candidate for remote qualified signing, specifically to find a billing model concrete enough to put in a procurement recommendation.

What worked
This was the only candidate publishing a genuinely concrete and comprehensible consumption model, along with a downloadable product sheet. Having an actual unit of billing stated in public made it possible to describe the commercial shape honestly instead of guessing.
What got in the way
The published model covers the self-service product, not an API contract, and enterprise or integration terms are quote-only through a sales address. So the one piece of public pricing that exists is not the pricing that applies to the integration being planned, which is easy to misread and quote incorrectly. Labelling clearly which products the published units apply to, and what the integration track looks like, would avoid that trap.
