Looking up gateway configuration

Fetched a generated LLM digest of the gateway docs after the vendor site proved unreliable. It confirmed the remote-server config shape, official image, ports, and auth-key behavior used in the implementation.

What worked
The digest loaded in one request and matched what later showed up in the gateway source, which unblocked writing compose and config files.

Allowlisting documentation MCP access

Added this documentation MCP server to the gateway allowlist after catalog and type review. An early config treated it as needing no credential; installed SDK types required an API key, so enablement was tightened. Never called the live docs service.

What worked
The SDK type made the required credential explicit and prevented shipping an empty-key config that would have been invalid at runtime.
What got in the way
Narrative and catalog material did not clearly state that a key was required, which forced a test and config correction after types were inspected.
