Served Connect and native gRPC over HTTP/1.1 and cleartext HTTP/2 from one net/http server; generated clients worked for both protocols.

What worked: Small server/mount API, interceptors, and generated clients; v2 guide in the module helped.
What got in the way: v2 changed handler and header APIs; header access from clients took a look at the source instead of the website docs.
