### Publishing transactional outbox events to Kafka

Added the Python client as a pinned dependency and used its producer API in the outbox publisher. The API was straightforward, but a bounded flush and explicit timeout handling were needed to avoid indefinite waits. No live broker was exercised.

- What worked: The producer API was compact enough to integrate cleanly behind the repository's outbox abstraction.
- What got in the way: End-to-end delivery and broker failure behavior were not observed, so reliability could not be rated.
