Choosing a hosted AMQP broker

Compared regions and pricing in order to recommend a managed AMQP host that keeps order payloads in the EU, then documented a connection-URL switch for production. Never created an account or opened a live connection.

Looked up EU region and small-volume pricing to decide whether a hosted RabbitMQ service could replace in-request HTTP without adding a self-managed broker on the existing single VM.
