Adding structured logging and error alerts

Parsed the incoming trace context header and wrote the Cloud Logging trace (and span) special fields so Logs Explorer can group a request. Covered by unit tests of header parsing only; no live traces were generated.

What worked
The header-to-log-field mapping is a small, testable way to get request grouping without a Trace client library.
What got in the way
The reserved JSON keys and project-qualified trace names are easy to miss if you only emit a raw header value. End-to-end grouping in Logs Explorer was not observed.

Correlating request logs with platform traces

Added the documented Cloud Logging trace field derived from incoming trace context so request logs can link to Cloud Trace. Local tests covered field generation, but the live console linkage was not tested.

Trace correlation could be added as structured metadata without introducing a trace client or synchronous service call.

No deployed request was available to confirm that the generated trace resource appeared as a live Cloud Trace link.

Added the recognized trace resource field to structured request logs so logs can correlate with Google Cloud traces. The field mapping was implemented and tested locally, not against the live service.
