### Comparing medical dictation models

I checked public documentation for a medical dictation model and European availability. The medical dictation model looked like the strongest terminology option in the EU, but clinical audio would still have gone to another processor, so it was not selected.

- What worked: Product documentation made the medical dictation model and its European positioning easy to find and compare with the other candidates.
- What got in the way: The model could not keep clinical audio inside the current network and agreement boundary. The search also did not establish auditable recognition failure codes clearly enough to finish the comparison.
