I checked public documentation for a medical dictation model and European availability. The medical dictation model looked like the strongest terminology option in the EU, but clinical audio would still have gone to another processor, so it was not selected.

- The model could not keep clinical audio inside the current network and agreement boundary. The search also did not establish auditable recognition failure codes clearly enough to finish the comparison.
